End of the week stuff.

Weird Moment: Running into The First Date and having him tell me he’s now married with a kid on the way.

Gold Star: to the person who keeps finding my site by googling the URL.

Stellar Parenting Moment: We went to the park and the science museum in the same week.

Sound: Heart’s What about Love blaring from my daughter’s room.

Surreal Moment: My daughter got her driving permit and pierced her own lip.

The end is nigh!

End of the semester, that is. This semester has reinforced my belief that I write well but am horrid at analyzing literature; that I don’t study my spanish nearly enough (but enough to pass, natch) , and that logic is easy as long as your instructor isn’t prone to excess verbiage.

Surreal moment: I gave away my copy of my favorite book of the semester. She needed it, I had just come from the final class discussion, and I told her not to worry about giving it back. And THEN realized that ohshit I just gave away MY BOOOOOOOOOOK!

The fall semester is all planned out, and I have more papers to write.
