So I’ve read, looked through, and otherwise educated myself as to the ways of being a Sneaky Chef. The plan is simple: to keep the foods he already eats. Toward that end, we’re going to try her Quick Fix for Boxed Mac and Cheese, Quick Fix for instant pudding, the Brainy Brownies Recipe, and to use her flour blend recipe for breads and pizza/cheese sticks.
Tonight, I finish making the purees and making sure I’ve got everything else. Tomorrow, the white bean puree will be gracing his boxed mac & cheese, an avocado is currently melding its flavor with boxed pudding, and I may just give him Breakfast “ice cream” if I can get the blender to get it smooth enough.
