Hidden at the bottom of the Winston-Salem Journal’s Regional Briefs: Dawn Morgan has been selected to be Kernersville’s first woman mayor. She replaces Curtis Swisher, who resigned as mayor on January 10 to become our town manager. Dawn contributes (contributed?) an editorial column to the Kernersville News. Hopefully she’ll keep writing a column [...] in the November 2007 Carolina Living section. Is there any local coverage of this occasion?
