And I’m glad to see 2011 close. I joked on Google+ that this year was produced by Hoover and Electrolux in a joint effort to make my year suck. I went back and checked the archives to see if I made my Collard & Black Eyed Pea soup since I don’t really remember. And of course, there’s only one post from January…toward the end of the month.
I’ve thought long and hard about whether or not to do a recap of the year and I’ll be honest…the thought of remembering ALL of that stuff is simply not on my to-do list today. It was stressful, and it’s over.
It was wonderful, and it’s over.
I’m grateful to you for sticking with me through all of this.
