		<description>The chores are more &quot;immediate&quot;.  Folding the laundry means just standing there in front of the dryer or the laundry table.  Eating means pantry shopping, cooking, keeping the kids busy until I take a few bites, and then washing up afterwards.</description>

		<description>What bothers me the most is that I&#039;m often on my way to food when I get sidelined by cleaning chores.  One day I ate lunch at nearly 3pm because I was getting something out of the freezer when the dryer beeped - so I folded the clothes while I was there and continued doing chores until I realized I was shaking from hunger.</description>

I&#039;m not sure what to call it, but it&#039;s exactly the reason why I never seem to be able to get the house clean.  On the other hand, everyone else in my house can walk past something that needs to be done and not even notice.</description>
