The sun rose like it always does, and there is clear blue sky instead of gray/white blah. The juxtaposition of blooming pear (apple? I don’t remember – the deer, squirrels, and birds get the fruit long before we do.) against dead woods outside my window is painful. See?
That’s enough to drive you batshit crazy in and of itself.
Relief is on the way, in the form of Spring Break. An opportunity to catch my breath, write some papers, and make some pretties with my camera and The Gimp. Unfortunately, my break doesn’t line up with my daughter’s, so I don’t know that we’ll be enjoying any awesome activities. There are tentative plans, but we’re waiting for the planets to line up.
Because, yanno, they do that periodically.
