Upgrading breaks your permalinks. Please remember to fix them immediately the next time you do a bleary-eyed upgrade at 3am. Otherwise people can’t read your individual posts or comment.

Every single time i upgrade, i end up having to complete redo my main page. I just cant seem to remember to save my customizations to my main page BEFORE i upgrade – noooo. that would be easy!
I finally figured out to put all my customizations in text box widgets so they’re outside of the core code changes. I still need to put my own photography up in my header bar – the canned images are getting on my nerves.
