Y’know….corn.
um. Maybe you should sit down – this might just make your head spin.
Corn is NOT a vegetable.
It is a GRAIN.
It is a deliciously sweet, belly-stuffing, nutritionally vacant starchy GRAIN.
Pick up a can of corn. Pick up a can of cinnamon rolls. Compare the nutrition labels. You might be surprised to find the cinnamon rolls have less sodium and depending on how thickly you lay on the icing, less sugar too.
