The good news is – The xD card has been found.
The bad news is – It’s been shoved sideways into the drive. Getting it out will be an interesting study in patience, tool-location, candle-lighting, and dancing naked under the full moon.
(Okay, maybe not that last part.)
I highly recommend incense burning, meditation, and small offerings of candy in a cup to the spirits of technology too. Having been professionally called upon to extract a variety of things from computers, out of places they were never meant to go, I would consider this my professional recommendation as well. It has worked in the past.

Well, I placed a few semisweet chocolate chips on the keyboard, kicked the kids outside, and picked up the needle nose tweezers. I was JUST about to give up when I hooked them on a sweet spot and pulled it straight out.
Now I just need a camera to put the thing in. (Okay, a FUNCTIONING camera.)
