The sun rises after my kids and of course they think everyone should be awake. They get upset when I explain to them they can't eat breakfast at 5 a.m. because they'll want it again by 8 a.m., just go BACK TO BED. It never works, once I'm up I normally stay up and head online as they settle in front of whatever cartoon it is they like or read books quietly until the others start coming in the room. SIGH. Life of motherhood, is'nt it grand?!
