My favorite safe haven for fat chicks losing weight (a message board) has been invaded by skinny wimmin. It’s REALLY obvious that these wimmin have absolutely nothing in common with me and my fat ass, bad knees, and food issues. I wish I could go more into detail, but y’know how it is on the ‘net – you say something and everyone gets paranoid and sees themselves. It’s not the only FatChick message board I participate in, but it was by far the most “like home”. I profoundly feel its loss in my life, but the skinny wimmin have made non-participation REALLY easy by being prolific posters. RIP, message board, you are sorely missed.

Yeah, if it’s the same place I was at then I know your pain. Nothing like seeing “Oh, I won the Boston Marathon today!” really kill your pride in doing one real push-up that day.
