Can someone come and take over for me? I want to crawl back under the covers for about 2 more days. Really. Seriously. If there were a daycare that’d take the whole lot for a week or so, I’d stick ‘em in there.

Having problems shaking this funk. I REALLY want to drive down to FL for a week or 3, but the XIL’s aren’t returning my calls. I need to be where it’s warm and sunny and 80% humidity. Where I can throw the kids in the ocean for a few hours and let them all nap on the drive home. Or something. But I’m SICK of cold weather and I’m SICK of being in this house.

Update Joe and I took a two-hour nap and I feel somewhat better. Still wanna be in warm tropical climes, tho.

Where in the US have I been?

Some of these I’ve just driven through, and some I’ve actually spent time in.

You’ll notice I’m not on there – who’d notice a little 2 oz faerie fluttering about?

Wow, I go both ways!

You are 46% geek
You are a geek liaison, which means you go both ways. You can hang out with normal people or you can hang out with geeks which means you often have geeks as friends and/or have a job where you have to mediate between geeks and normal people. This is an important role and one of which you should be proud. In fact, you can make a good deal of money as a translator.

Normal: Tell our geek we need him to work this weekend.

You [to Geek]: We need more than that, Scotty. You’ll have to stay until you can squeeze more outta them engines!

Geek [to You]: I’m givin’ her all she’s got, Captain, but we need more dilithium crystals!

You [to Normal]: He wants to know if he gets overtime.
